Welcome to HornExplore. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives.

A deposit or full payment (as specified) is required to confirm a reservation.

Final payment must be received no later than 1 days before the start of the tour.

Prices are quoted in US dollar and are subject to change without prior notice, unless already confirmed.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
By the customer:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date will incur a 20% cancellation fee (80% refunded).

Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the tour start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date.

No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, political unrest, or insufficient participants).

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative tour or rescheduling option.
3. Travel Documents & Visas

Travelers are responsible for ensuring their passports, visas, and travel documents are valid and up to date.

HornExplore is not liable for denied entry or deportation due to visa or documentation issues.
4. Health, Safety & Insurance

All participants must be in good health and capable of participating in adventure-style tours.

Travel insurance (covering health, accidents, and cancellations) is highly recommended.

Participation is at your own risk. HornExplore is not liable for injury, loss, or illness during the trip.
5. Responsibilities & Conduct

Participants must follow guide instructions and respect local laws and customs.

HornExplore reserves the right to remove any individual from the tour without refund due to inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
6. Changes to Itinerary

HornExplore reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, safety, local conditions, or operational needs.

Equivalent alternatives will be provided where possible.
7. Force Majeure
HornExplore is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, war, or civil unrest).
8. Liability Disclaimer

HornExplore acts as an agent for third-party transport, accommodation, and service providers.

We are not liable for acts, omissions, or issues arising from third parties.

You agree to hold HornExplore harmless for any claims, injuries, damages, or losses during your trip.
9. Use of Photos & Media
Unless otherwise requested in writing, you consent to HornExplore using photos or videos taken during your tour for promotional purposes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Somaliland. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts in Hargeisa, Somaliland.
